1. Services
We provide plumbing and bathroom renovation services as described on our website. All work is carried out to a professional standard and in accordance with UK regulations.

2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary if additional work or materials are required after inspection. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.

3. Deposits and Payments
A minimum 20% deposit of the full job price is required to secure your booking and project start date. The remaining amount to bring the total to 50% is due on the first day of the job, with the final 50% balance payable upon completion. All deposits are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after this period may incur additional charges.

5. Liability
Jackson & Co Plumbing is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
