Refund Policy

At Jackson & Co Plumbing, we value transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please note that quotation bookings and job deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it secures your project date and labour.

If you wish to reschedule your booking, we require at least 7 days’ notice. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date. Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that Jackson & Co Plumbing cancels the job and cannot reschedule it.
